NOTE: this is pretty much outdated info. Was last updated 16 jan 2007, and at this time of writing its 1 year ago. Its pretty difficult to plan. This was my plan long time ago, and I am still not yet there. Making software is takes time. The devil is in the detail.

Here is my action plan for the future. The 'estimate' and 'actual' columns indicates how many danish money required for a task (6 kroner == 1 USD).

Year 2006

25 Nov 2006. I underestimated how much I had to pay for a mac. I just thought that I wanted a mac-mini similar to the old powerpc. However suddenly I also wanted 2Gbytes ram and 160Gbytes disk. It's going to be my primary work horse, so it better be good.

I estimated that all the critical tasks would be finished by mid-january, but I finished before the 24th december. Previously there were zero probability for making money, because there were no payment, unlocking, nag-windows, etc. Now these things are in place and the probability is no longer equal to zero.

As you can see the businessplan-task never got completed, reflecting the fact that don't like business stuff.

Year 2007

If everything turns out the way I planned I can ship around 1st july. Usually I underestimate things which I have compensated fore, however I might be wrong.
